Conewango Creek Watershed Association is once again participating in the Warren Gives Event. This has become a very important source of funding for CCWA.
The Community Foundation of Warren County is continuing with plans to hold Warren Gives on May 20, 2020. According to Executive Director, John Lasher, there are no plans to postpone the event. “We believe that our participating non-profits will need the donations they get from Warren Gives this year more than ever,” Lasher stated. “So we intend to hold the event on schedule for sixteen hours on May 20th, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. We want everyone to have a chance to support the organizations that are important to them through the Warren Gives Event.”
This year the Foundation will accept checks in addition to online credit card donations for Warren Gives. “For the past several years we have been testing accepting checks on a limited basis, without any publicity,” Lasher noted. “We have had more requests from individuals and organizations to allow checks so we have worked out a way to include checks in the Event.” Instructions for donating by check

Everyone Can Be A Philanthropist! The Community Foundation of Warren County is pleased to announce the return of Warren Gives on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. This special Warren County day of giving event involves sixteen hours of giving with goals to raise awareness and appreciation for Warren County non-profits and to encourage new giving.
Match pool money makes your donations mean even more to the organizations you support. Match dollars are distributed proportionally among organizations based on the donations they receive. The more you give, the more match dollars go to organizations you support!
New for 2020, in addition to donating online donors will also have the option to donate by check. Last year’s event was a great success raising $491,887 thanks to the incredible generosity of donors and match pool sponsors, and the involvement of our wonderful non-profits! 4258 donations were made benefiting 106 participating organizations.
100% of donations and match dollars go directly to the organization – all administrative costs and processing fees are paid by the Community Foundation of Warren County.
