CCWA Interviewed on Regional Radio Program

On January 8, 2011, John Gallagher and Elizabeth Dropp, Directors of  CCWA, attended a meeting to sum up their experiences as participants of the Capacity Building Grant provided by the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds and the Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management.  While there the Allegheny Front, a regionally syndicated radio show originating out of Pittsburgh,PA,  interviewed Elizabeth Dropp and three other watershed volunteers about the challenges that watershed groups face.  To listen to the interview  Click Here.

The other three individuals interviewed were Joan Jesson from Chartiers Creek Watershed Assn, Patricia Miller from Jacobs Creek Watershed Assn. and Cindy Cox from South Fayette Conservation Group.  All three watersheds are located in Western PA and are participating in the Capacity Building Grant Program.  Allegheny Front is a syndicated radio program that covers environmental topics especially those found in Western PA.  See their website for stations carrying this program.
